If you do not have Edge, follow these steps to ensure you are accessing Iris in a secure, Bain-approved browser.

  1. Download the Edge Browser
  2. Detect if user already has Intune installed. If so, do not display details below 3-4
  3. Install Microsoft Intune (sometimes called Company Portal - depending on the device language):
  4. In Intune, log in with your Bain credentials and complete the 3-step setup process of Work Profile. If you need help with that process, follow the official Microsoft manual:
  5. Accept default applications recommended by Bain
    • This will set Microsoft Edge as your default browser for Work Profile
